The second international forum for traders and business agents in the field of grain trade, the Grain Forum, was held in Dubai at the end of February. The security of the two-day event was provided by employees of the AN-Security Middle East representative office.
The forum was supported by the Russian Union of Grain Exporters. And this is not surprising, as Russia is the world's top wheat exporter, and in terms of sanctions, the UAE has become a new center of grain trade. Thus, the synergy of the two countries led to the cooperation of more than a thousand delegates from 35 states, including the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa).

The forum provided details about the new procedure for Russian grain trading on the basis of marketplace auction, discussed the issues of Russian agricultural access to new markets, transition to mutual settlements in national currencies and logistical challenges for export deliveries.
As noted by our colleagues from the Middle East representative office, the forum was held in Dubai Hilton Habtoor, the five-star hotel. Employees of AN-Security accompanied both official events and evening informal meetings. No violations of public order were recorded at the event.
