A carpet viper – one of the most venomous snakes in the Middle East – was spotted during a routine patrol. While these snakes rarely strike first, their natural camouflage makes them difficult to notice, increasing the risk of an unfortunate encounter.

Security officer Tarikul Islam discovered the snake while patrolling a beach area. He immediately secured the perimeter, alerted staff and guests about the unexpected visitor, and called in wildlife specialists. The balance of interests was maintained – no one was harmed, neither people nor the snake.
